Surviving Caregiving

An insightful conference designed for family caregivers who wish to gain valuable knowledge and resources that will help them navigate the maze of care giving.  The conference is free but registration is REQUIRED.  Continental breakfast and box lunch are included with your registration.

Complementary care will be available at St. John’s Adult Day Center during the conference hours.  Pre-registration for adult day service is required.  Contact Stacey Rhodes at 618-344-5008
